  • Refund Policy: We do not offer refunds. If you can no longer care for your dog, we require the dog to be returned to us. Once a suitable home is found, we will refund your payment; however, the refund will not be the original purchase amount. Instead, it will be based on the resale price of the puppy minus any expenses incurred. Please note that it is often more challenging to rehome a returned puppy, so the resale price is typically only a fraction of the original amount.

  • Rehoming Policy: We will not rehome a dog that has been neglected, abused, or improperly trained. Dogs exhibiting aggressive behaviors will not qualify for rehoming payments.
